New & Prospective Clients

Thank you for your interest in Promero Consulting LLC. To begin the process of working with us, please complete our secure intake form using the button below.

If you would like for us to provide a fee quote for tax preparation services, we will need to review a PDF of the most recent return that you filed. Once the intake form is complete, we will provide you with access to a secure, online portal that you can use to upload your documents.


When you have collected all of your tax documents, you may provide them to us in one of three ways

Schedule an appointment to have us prepare your return in person and bring your documents with you. Please note that in-person appointments are very limited and are reserved for existing clients.

Drop off your documents in person at our office. If you arrive during office hours, we will be happy to take your documents from you. If you arrive after hours, or if you prefer a contactless drop off, we have a secure lockbox on our back porch that will keep your documents secure until we collect them. Your documents will be returned when your return is completed.

Preferred

Upload your documents to your SmartVault portal. We will receive a notification that documents have been uploaded, but if you wish, you can call, text or email to let us know when you have completely uploaded all of your documents.
